And it seems the committee chairs rule hearings with a rod of iron.

Importantly, having part-time legislators does NOT mean Texas has fewer healthcare laws, fewer regulations, less government overreach, or less self-serving industry. These, unfortunately, are universal to state governments and healthcare everywhere.
