The University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute's County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program provides ranking of health care programs in every county, in every state. The presentations are mostly visual and interactive, so you will have to go to the hyperlink to see their numerical rankings of Michigan counties:
