For Big Gov and Big Insurance, November 1 marks the first day of open enrollment. For those of us who prefer to run our own lives, it's more of a Rebel Day.
I'm old enough to remember when the local insurance agent would enroll you any time you walked in the door. Back then, only Medicare had a limited enrollment period.
That all changed with ACA/Obamacare. Turns out, it also needed extra COVID subsidies to be "affordable" (among other problems).
Now that COVID subsidies are drying up, Americans realize insurance premiums will spike next year. (To the tune of 18%, in fact.)
Knowing this, more individuals and families are taking back healthcare decisions and affordability with innovative options like health sharing.
I'm excited to post our newly-updated health sharing guide, crammed with information to help your family gain healthcare freedom, in Week 2 of the Minute a day MHF Thanksgiving Challenge.
Take the Challenge! It's as easy as Click, print, and start. Links below.
