MDHHS began the CCBHC demo project in 2021 in part to improve Medicaid reimbursement. Funding massively increased two years ago, and Michigan law for clinics changed radically a year ago.
The MI House Appropriations Subcommittee on Medicaid and Behavioral Health hears presentations next week.
