People have been throwing money at Michigan's rural healthcare for a long time, without sustainable results.
We posted on this topic 3 years ago, 3 months ago, and in December with a whole flurry of reports upon passage of the new RHTP.
Seeing whether MDHHS proposes anything different from the usual top-down control should be interesting.
