HB 4077 Rep. Rogers Health: medical examiners; process for medical certification of a death record; modify.

HB 4078 Rep. Mueller Health: medical examiners; requirements for an investigation of the cause and manner of death; modify.

SB 475 Sen. Wojno Health occupations: health professionals; invasive bodily examinations; prohibit under certain circumstances.

SB 476 Sen. Santana Health occupations: health professionals; definition of invasive bodily examination; add.

And any other business properly before the committee.

Bills regulating invasive bodily examinations are usually a response to the Larry Nasser scandal, and often run counter to hospital culture.
