HB 5369 (Rep. Whitsett) Children; health; automatic qualification for children's special health care services for certain children affected by lead exposure; require.
HB 5370 (Rep. Hood) Taxation; excise taxes; tax levy per gallon of paint; provide for, and earmark revenue for a lead remediation program.
