If you thought Michigan roads were a slip-sliding mess recently, wait til you see the way health policy bills are managed.
Not only do they show up in every committee, with repeated agenda revisions, but the reverse is also true.
As witness this agenda.
How on earth did a tax bill land in the MI House Health Policy Committee???
And why is it taking more than one effort to send it to the right committee??
