Increasingly, parental rights in their child's healthcare are challenged by clinicians, social workers, and other healthcare system factotums. At times, they cite state child abuse/neglect laws.

When nobody knows anything for sure, we can't trust the healthcare system. Judges won't get it right, either.

That's when law gets hyper-detailed chasing past wrongs to prevent them for the future. This one bears close watching
