The Senate Committee on Health Policy takes up two recurring bills Wednesday.

Pitfalls to watch for:

Are they really dead? Questionable brain death standards for organ donation.

Licenses restrict patient care.

Wednesday, March 18, 2026     11:30 a.m.

AGENDA

SB 205
Sen. Daley
Health: anatomical gifts; certain private practice offices and urgent care clinics to provide information on the donor registry and donating bone marrow; allow.

SB 707
Sen. Klinefelt
Health occupations: marriage and family therapists; licensing requirements for marriage and family therapists; modify, and require continuing education.

And any other business properly before the committee.
